Zucchini Crumb Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. Romano cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    Butter a 9-inch pie pan and line with bread crumbs.
    Cut zucchini into thin slices.
    Allow to drain on paper towels. Saute squash in olive oil.
    Drain again on paper towels.
    Melt margarine; add flour.
    Add scalded milk, stirring until thickened. Stir in cheese, egg and seasonings.
    Add zucchini and ladle into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Serves 4.
