Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/3 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1 small jar pimentos, cut up
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a casserole, top with potato chips, if desired.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
