Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 large can Hungry Jack biscuits (10)
    3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven according to directions on biscuit can.
    Brown meat and onion.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar; simmer.
    Spray muffin tins lightly with Pam.
    Flatten biscuits between fingers until large enough to make a cup in the muffin tin.
    Stuff with meat; top with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.
    Remove immediately.
