Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini with skins, puree in blender
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix squash, sugar, oil or eggs.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix altogether (don't forget the nuts).
    Use two greased and floured cake pans (loaf).
    Take out of oven when pick comes out dry. Cakes will not rise too high because they are very moist.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 2 cakes.
