Shortening Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    self-rising flour
    Crisco
    sugar
    evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sift flour in
    bowl.
    Add
    sugar.
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Cut in
    Crisco
    with spoon.
    Add milk (by this time mixture should look like biscuit dough).
    Knead with your hand for 5 minutes.\tShape
    into oval shape cakes.
    Fry in pan with little Crisco.
    Brown on both sides.
