Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in remaining ingredients, beating vigorously 20 strokes.
Let rest about 5 minutes.
Put on oiled baking sheet.
Top with favorite pizza toppings.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
