Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease the bottom only of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan or 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
    Mix all of the ingredients and beat for 30 seconds.
    Pour into pans.
    Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    For 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan, bake 55 to 65 minutes.
    For the 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pans, bake 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool slightly. Loosen the sides of the loaf from the pan and remove the bread from the pan.
    Cool completely before slicing.
    Refrigerate no longer than 1 week.
