Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pizza dough (from bakery or frozen)
    1 1/2 lb. sausage meat (sweet and hot, 1/2 and 1/2, or according to taste)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Fry sausage meat.
    Reserve fat.
    Shred cheese.
    Combine cheese and sausage.
    Stretch dough into a rectangle about the size of cookie sheet.
    Spread with mixture.
    Fold over (half over half). Pinch seams.
    Brush with reserved grease.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden.
    (Cut into slices before reheating.) Makes 1 loaf.
