Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen broccoli
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    2 large potatoes, sliced thin
    1 large can Durkee onion rings
    Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to season
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli in a large casserole dish.
    Mix in 1/2 can French fried onions and carrots.
    Place potato slices in casserole with edge up.
    Dot Velveeta cubes in casserole with butter.
    Pour 1/2 cup milk over casserole.
    Salt and pepper to season.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Pour remaining onions over top and bake 10 more minutes.
