Easy Zucchini Bread #4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix for 4 minutes.
Pour into pans and bake for 50 to 55 minutes until done.
