Fruit Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 to 1/3 c. cranberries, halved
    1/4 c. chopped dry apricots
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Mix until well blended. Add Bisquick and rest of fruit.
    Pour into greased loaf
    pan.
    Bake
    in
    350\u00b0 oven and bake for about 55 minutes.
    (I check
    after 50 minutes and lower temperature to 300\u00b0 if browning too quickly.)
