Dan'S Special Banana Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 large bananas, sliced
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 to 2 oz. brandy
pound cake or angel food cake
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan.
Add sugar and pecans.
With heat on medium-high, cook 1 minute.
Add bananas and stir until they are warm.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour in brandy and flame.
(If gas stove, carefully tilt pan.
With electric stove, use long stemmed match.)
To serve, pour over pound cake or angel food cake. Serves 2.
Add crushed pineapple for variety.
