Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix as you would a cake and pour into two greased and lightly floured loaf pans.
    Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
