Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. Morton Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. medium ground pepper
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate, kneading once a day, for 3 days.
    Shape into rolls and bake for 10 hours at 150\u00b0.
