Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
    1/3 c. unbeaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add shortening, 1/3 cup buttermilk and mashed bananas.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add 1/3 cup buttermilk and eggs.
    Fold in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
