Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Make small balls and place on cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork or bottom of a glass and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
