Loma Saltado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender steak
    2 c. frozen French fries
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/4-inch slices.
    Marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, chili pepper and garlic for at least 1 hour.
    Heat French fries according to package instructions.
    Brown meat quickly in frying pan.
    Add tomatoes and onion; simmer until onion is tender.
    Toss in French fries just before serving.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
