Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    scant 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. hot water
    2 rounded Tbsp. Crisco
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. very warm water
    7 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar, salt and Crisco in hot water in very large bowl; add cold water.
    Dissolve yeast in very warm water.
    Add to sugar mixture.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, stirring well.
    Knead at the end until dough forms a ball.
    Grease top and sides of bowl.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Knead and let rise again.
