Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 white onion, diced
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    lettuce
    2 stalks celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook, clean and dice the shrimp.
    Toss together shrimp, celery (diced), onion, egg, seasonings, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Quarter tomatoes and place each on lettuce bed.
    Arrange salad on tomato.
    Makes 4 servings.
