Great Bread! - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water or milk
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. wheat cereal
    1 c. oatmeal
    2 Tbsp. yeast plus 1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    6 to 8 c. white flour
Preparation
    Boil water or milk; pour over grains and cool.
    Combine yeast, warm water and honey; add to cooled grains.
    Add salt, whole wheat flour and 4 to 5 cups white flour, mixing thoroughly.
    Add rest of flour, 1/2 cup at a time, kneading until dough is smooth and elastic.
    (Don't add too much flour; keep in mind that you may not need the entire amount.)
