Cinnamon Bread(Yield: 3 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve together yeast and lukewarm water.
    Using a mixer set at medium speed, beat in next 5 ingredients.
    Add 4 cups of flour gradually; mix will be runny.
    Slowly add as much of the remaining flour as possible, until too stiff to beat.
    Turn out onto a floured board and knead in rest of the flour.
    Knead until smooth. (Should take about 10 minutes.)
    Place dough in well-greased bowl and let stand until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
