Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 beef bouillon cube
1 to 2 c. water
salt to taste
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Salt steak.
Cut steak into bite size cubes.
Flour cubes and brown in melted butter.
Add garlic, onion and mushrooms.
Brown slightly.
Add pepper.
Dissolve bouillon in water and add to mixture.
Simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
Shortly before serving, blend in 1/2 cup sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
