Fresca Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pasta
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. shallots, sliced
    1/2 c. scallions, minced
    1/2 c. green peas
    2 Tbsp. basil leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. sage, chopped
    3/4 c. chicken or vegetable broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat margarine and olive oil together on medium heat.
    Lightly saut garlic, shallots and scallions for 2 minutes. Add peas, fresh chopped basil and sage and saut for 4 minutes. Add hot broth and simmer; when pasta is done, drain and mix into sauce.
    Blend well and serve.
    Serves 6.
