Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cardamom
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. ground unblanched almonds
Preparation

Sift flour, salt and cardamom.
Cream butter and sugar until very light.
Then beat in egg and milk.
Add flour and ground almonds and mix until smooth.
Put into a cookie press and make into shapes desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
