Rice And Green Chile Casserole - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. cooked rice
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
green chile to taste
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in small chunks
4 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix rice, salt, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese and chiles. Place in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Microwave at High for 5 minutes, turning 1/4 turn halfway through cooking or bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until hot and cheese melts.
