Vanilla Chip Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 c. cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. vanilla milk chips
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
    Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat until light and fluffy.
    Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually blend into butter mixture.
    Stir in vanilla milk chips.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
    (Do not overbake.)
    Cool slightly; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
    Yields about 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
