Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 large can tomatoes, pureed in blender
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in skillet; drain fat and set aside.
    In large pot, add onion, garlic and oil.
    Saute until tender.
    Add the meat with the chili powder, cumin, salt, Worcestershire, tomatoes, green pepper, tomato sauce and kidney beans.
    Simmer at least 2 hours. This is better the second day.
