Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. corn oil
    4 eggs (room temperature)
    2/3 c. water
    1 can pumpkin pie filling
    2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Grease and flour 3 loaf pans.
    Sift first 6 (dry) ingredients into large bowl.
    Mix in remaining ingredients and nuts.
    Divide into 3 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    These are very moist. This freezes well.
    I make them for Christmas presents with homemade preserves.
