Ingredients

8 c. water
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 4 oranges
4 c. good orange juice
Preparation

Pour
water and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Add rind and juices.
Freeze and stir a couple of times while
freezing.
(Add
yellow cake color, if desired.) Freeze until
slushy
and
icy.
