Marinated Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) beef chuck roast
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. steak sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. carrot slices
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 large onion, sliced thick
Preparation
    Cut roast to fit into crock-pot.
    Place meat in plastic bag; set in a deep bowl; set aside.
    Stir together tomato juice, vinegar, garlic, steak sauce, salt, sugar, parsley and pepper. Pour marinade over meat and close bag.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning twice.
