Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large bananas
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Beat bananas to liquid, then add eggs.
Cream sugar and shortening and combine with banana and egg mixture.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Combine with other ingredients.
Pour into 3 medium size loaf pans and bake for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
(May take 1 1/2 hours, depending on oven.)
Bake at 350\u00b0.
