Mary'S Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    3 red Delicious apples
    1/4 c. unsalted peanuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    4 Tbsp. yogurt (optional)
Preparation
    Slice bananas into a medium bowl and add orange juice concentrate.
    Stir to coat bananas.
    Add apples, peanuts and raisins and mix.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce leaves and top with yogurt, if desired.
    Serves 4 people.
