German Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    3 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream margarine and brown sugar in mixing bowl.
    Add beaten egg to sugar mixture.
    Add cinnamon to mixture until completely blended.
    Add flour gradually.
    Dough will become very hard to mix.
    Final blending may need to be done by hand.
    Chill dough. Once chilled, roll out to less than 1/4-inch and cut into desired shapes.
    Bake for 6 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 on ungreased pan.
    Allow cookies to cool and store in plastic container.
