Delicious Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. each: salt, nutmeg and cinnamon
    1 pkg. coconut pie filing
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 c. pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix remaining ingredients; add to dry mixture.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in loaf pan for 45 minutes. Preheat oven.
    Flour and grease pan.
    Makes 12 servings at 138 calories per serving.
