Plum Tomato And Pesto Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) loaf Italian bread, cut in half lengthwise
1 (7 oz.) pkg. pesto sauce
6 plum tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
2 c. shredded natural low-moisture, part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place bread, cut side up, on cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Spread each bread half with pesto sauce; top with tomato slices.
Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into slices to serve.
Makes about 2 dozen.
