Italian String Beans(Low-Fat, No Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian or green beans
    olive oil
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beans until partially tender; drain and saute them in olive oil, 1 clove mashed garlic and oregano.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until tender but not too soft.
