Ingredients

3 2/3 c. sifted cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time.
Then add vanilla.
Add flour, alternating with milk.
Chill.
Roll 1/8-inch thick on floured board.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake on a greased sheet at 400\u00b0 for 9 minutes.
Makes 10 dozen.
