Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. pears, peeled, grated and drained
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. ground pecans
Preparation
    Mix eggs with next four ingredients; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients and beat well.
    Stir in pecans last.
    Pour into three generously greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 320\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until done.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
