Zucchini Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. orange juice
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. orange peel
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour bottom only of two 8 x 4-inch or 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    In large bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Stir in oil, orange juice and zucchini.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup.
    Level off.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except glaze.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans, cool slightly.
