Quick Sweet Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2/3 c. yogurt or buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Combine egg, molasses, brown sugar, vegetable oil and lemon peel.
    Add the flour mixture alternately with yogurt or buttermilk to the ingredients.
    Pour into a greased pan and bake about 50 minutes.
    Makes a 9 x 5-inch loaf.
