Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. frozen strawberry slices, thawed
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and make a well in center. Combine eggs, oil and strawberries, mixing well. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Pour into 6 greased 6 x 3 x 2-inch foil pans or 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes for small pans or 1 hour for large pans. Let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
