Potato Skins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Scrub potatoes well.
Cut lengthwise into 6 wedges the size and shape of dill pickle spears and dry with paper towel.
In large bowl toss potatoes with oil.
Place skin side down on baking sheet lined with foil.
Dust potatoes with seasonings.
Bake 30 minutes or until fork-tender.
Serves 4.
