Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar.
    Add shortening and make crumbs for top.
    Save 1/2 cup crumbs.
    Combine egg, soda and milk.
    Stir well.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add flavoring.
    Put crumbs on top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
