Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. shortening
3 c. shredded zucchini (about 2 medium)
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. raisins
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour bottoms only of 2 loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
Mix sugar and shortening in 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Stir in zucchini, water and eggs.
Mix flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Add to mixture; add vanilla. Fold in chopped nuts and raisins.
Pour into pans.
Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 60 or 70 minutes.
