Cucumber Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
    1 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated cucumber, skin on
Preparation
    Pour boiling water on gelatin, mixing until dissolved.
    Let cool about 10 minutes; add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, onion, cucumber and almonds, if using.
    Mix well; pour into mold or glass or ceramic bowl and chill until set.
    Yields 6 servings. Preparation Time:
    10 minutes.
