Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff.
Fold in sugar.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
While mixing, preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Put cookies in oven and turn oven off.
Leave in oven overnight.
Do not open until next day.
