Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    1/4 lb. shaved Provolone cheese
    1/4 lb. shaved pepperoni
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Let frozen bread dough thaw and rise according to package directions.
    Spread out in large rectangle (approximately 10 x 12-inch).
    Brush with mixture of beaten egg, Parmesan cheese and oregano.
    Top with layer of pepperoni and cheese.
    Fold over; layer again and fold over.
    Seal all edges.
    Brush top with egg mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes, or until nicely browned.
    Serve hot, sliced in 1-inch slices.
    Wrapped in foil, bread will freeze well.
