Cold Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to directions.
    Bring to a boil, vinegar, sugar and oil.
    Pour over vegetables, add onions, celery and peppers.
    Chill for 4 to 8 hours or overnight.
