Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts
2 1/2 tsp. salt
6 c. bread cubes
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
-
Place chicken in 2 1/2 cups of water with 2 teaspoons of salt in a large saucepan.
Cook until tender.
Reserve broth and cube chicken.
