Dilly Bread(1 Good Size Loaf) - cooking recipe

1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. cottage cheese, warmed
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add warm cheese. Add other ingredients and use enough flour to make a stiff dough. Beat well. Butter tops. Set in a warm place to rise. When double in bulk, about 1 hour, beat down with spoon and place in well buttered loaf pan. Butter top and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Increase heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until well browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool on rack.
